Creating an account

How can I create a personal account ?

You can create a customer account by clicking on the palm tree at the top right of the page.

You can also create an account during the ordering process.

Then follow the steps carefully to create your account.

How can I create a trade account ?

Ananbô trade accounts are reserved for decorating professionals and interior designers.

To be counted among our privileged customers, please complete the registration form reserved for professionals.  Don’t forget to attach your KBIS/or INSEE certificate.

Our Sales department will contact you as soon as your trade account is approved.

Forgotten your password ? How do I connect to my account ?

Click on the palm tree ” Account ” at the top right of the ananbo.com page, then on “Connect” and finally on ” Forgotten your password?”  After you have entered the e-mail address associated with your account, an e-mail will be sent to you, enabling you to reset your password.

Settings and cancellation

How can I make changes or delete my Ananbô customer account ?

Log in by clicking the palm tree at the top right of the page.

You can change your personal information as well as the delivery addresses.
